- Delivery
Delivery charge of $35 for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands still apply.
We hope you are pleased with your order, but if you wish to return your purchase, or part of it, we will be happy to refund or exchange the new, unused merchandise within 30 days of the date shipped when accompanied by the packing slip included with the shipment.
If the goods are returned due to an error made by Portmeirion Group USA or if the goods are defective or damaged in transit, we will replace where possible or refund the purchase price in full, including taxes. Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
To return your purchase(s), please fill in the return form on the order packing list and follow the instructions for return to us. We recommend using FedEx or UPS to ship the return as you are able to track your package. Please ship your item in the original packaging with the form to:

- Delivery

Allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed in our distribution center in Waterbury, CT. Ground UPS shipments take 1-7 business days to reach any location in the continental US from our distribution center. Please note that we are unable to ship outside the US, to APO/FPO addresses or to PO Boxes. Please add an additional $20 for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.

- Changing or Cancelling an Order
To change or cancel an order, please contact customerservice@portmeirion-usa.com or call (888) 778-1471. Please note that as most orders are processed within a few hours of receipt, once an order is processed into our system, we may be unable to make changes or cancel it.

- Problems Placing An Order
We are currently experiencing a temporary issue processing Discover cards, we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If possible, please use another method of payment.
Alternatively, we are able to place the order and take payment over the telephone.
Our Customer Service departments are located in Waterbury, CT and Santa Fe, NM. Office opening hours are Monday through Thursday 9 a.m to 6:30 p.m (ET) and Friday 9 a.m to 4 p.m.

- I have a discount code but it isn't working
Many of our discount codes are subject to terms and conditions. We would recommend checking Promotional Discounts Terms and Conditions first to ensure your order qualifies for the promotion. Alternatively, you can contact us via telephone or email to discuss further.
- What do I do if items arrived broken or I am unhappy with the quality of the products received?
If your products arrive broken or you are unhappy with the quality, please send an image of the affected items to us via email at customerservice@portmeirion-usa.com within 30 days of receipt of your order and include a note of your name, order number, and confirmation of which item(s) are broken/faulty.
